- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Incompetent ! Wait 2 weeks for an appointment to be brushed aside when visiting . Always waiting at least half an hour past your appointment time to be seen . Nurses are a complete joke . My 6 month old daughter at the time was having her jabs . The nurse couldn't even put the gauze and plaster in the correct place and then said she must have knocked it . My wife's leaving and so will my daughter . Fortunately I'm with a different surgery .by Benn MerrettApril 23, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Gone down hill rapid. I have a lump on my hand and had an x-ray that showed no foreign body even though Dr Macaulay read Over the phone to me that It had! Advised me to go away for 6 months and forget about it. I had to tell him surely a scan would be appropriate as there is clearly something there! He reluctantly sent me for a scan and now I need a referral for safety reasons as most Hand lumps are benign but 1% can be cancerous!. Will not see Dr Degun as she has made her diagnosis before you even speak to her! Thinking of moving surgery now.by Caroline TownsendMarch 13, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Better than most GP's. I've been with three different GP surgery's before this one. However, waiting 3 weeks for an appointment seems ridiculous. They should have more GP's than two at this surgery - way too many patients registered here. Dr Degun and Dr Macaulay have both been brilliant in dealing with my health problems. Always seem to be sympathetic and show kindness and care for my personal well-being. I am normally registered to Dr Macaulay but Dr Degun had to see me one day and she was brilliant too. Definitely recommend getting in to this surgery if you can. Only ever had one bad experience because of the doctors and receptionists here but it's no wonder when they're so overworked. Receptionists are generally okay but occasionally can be a little rude over the phone. Not half as bad as most GP receptionists though!by Amy MacJanuary 04, 2017
