  This surgery is fantastic. I moved from Aegis Medical Centre when my Dr retired. I thought they were good but Long Riding is 100% better. Very professional & very thorough. The receptionist are also very good and friendly. Excellent practice.

  after waiting for 2-3 weeks for the standard registering process, 3 visits later, two forms. Turns out you have to call in every day at 8:30 and play " will i get an appointment Lottery!" so a day off work to find out u can't be seen. useless practice

  This has been my doctors for years, and both Dr Abraham and Dr Joseph are lovely. Previous reviews have complained about the "appointment lottery" but calling at 0830 in the morning usually gets you seen that morning. Calling at 1600 generally gets you an appointment later in the day, and it's not often you can't get an appointment. Worst case, the nurse is also available for minor complaints, and she can prescribe things too. Thanks to other local surgeries closing, and the influx of new housing in and around the area, the surgery can be quite busy as it is over-subscribed, but the same can be said of most surgeries in and around Basildon.

  The staff are very friendly. It used to be not so good but now it changed. After reforms in NHS by David Cameron government. I am now happy with their service.
